Lembas 0.5

A new batch of Lembas!

Ingredients:\

• 30g sunflower oil\
• 1 egg\
• 50g “appeldiksap” (thick apple juice?)\
• 50g maple syrup\
• 150g prairie flour (whole wheat flour, whole wheat, soy, rye flour, gluten, oat, flax seed, wheat bran, sunflower pits, barley, malt)\
• 100g whole rye flour\
• 6g yeast
  
  Put all ingredients in a bowl and knead till it forms a smooth dough.
  
  Let rest for an hour or 2 in the refrigerator.
  
  Roll out on a baking plate to make it about 1.5 cm thick. Precut into pieces with the back of a knife.
  
  Pre-heat the oven at 150 degrees celcius, and bake for around 30 minutes.
