Lembas 0.6

Another batch of lembas :)

Ingredients:

• 100g maple syrup\
• 300g prairie flour (whole wheat flour, whole wheat, soy, rye flour, gluten, oat, flax seed, wheat bran, sunflower pits, barley, malt)\
• 1 teaspoon “speculaaskruiden”\
• 2 teaspoons cacao\
• 120g sun flower oil
  
  Mix all together and bake in preheated oven at 150 degrees celcius for 30 minutes.
