  • 600g Vienna (Greenswaen)
  • 500g Pilsener (Greenswaen)
  • 500g DME - Extra Light
  • 480g Biscuit (Dingemans)
  • 300g Flaked Oats (De Halm Bio)
  • 140g Flaked Barley (De Halm Bio)
  • 20g Roasted Barley (Brouwland)
  • 20g Brown (Thomas Fawcett)
  • 20g Smoked (Weyermann)

Hops

  • 15g Magnum for bittering
  • 60g Tettnanger (homegrown) for aroma
  • 40g Amarillo for aroma

Yeast

  • 1 package of Safale S-04

Salts

  • 1g CaSO4
  • 1g NaHCO3
