- 500g Pilsener (Greenswaen)
- 500g DME - Extra Light
- 480g Biscuit (Dingemans)
- 300g Flaked Oats (De Halm Bio)
- 140g Flaked Barley (De Halm Bio)
- 20g Roasted Barley (Brouwland)
- 20g Brown (Thomas Fawcett)
- 20g Smoked (Weyermann)
Hops
- 15g Magnum for bittering
- 60g Tettnanger (homegrown) for aroma
- 40g Amarillo for aroma
Yeast
- 1 package of Safale S-04
Salts
- 1g CaSO4
- 1g NaHCO3
