Recipe
Fermentables
- 2kg Pilsener (Greenswaen)
- 50g Dutch Ale (Swaen)
- 50g Flaked Oats (De Halm Bio)
Hops
- 10g Magnum for bittering
- 50g Cascade (homegrown) for aroma
Yeast
- 1 package of Safale BE-134.
Salts
No Brewing salt additions.
Process
- 20200126: brew day; 9l OG: 1.046
- 20200208: spiked with a teaspoon of "probi-plus" from De Ploeg
- 20200212: spiked with Orval dregs from 2018
