- 400g Vienna (Greenswaen)
- 200g Pilsener (Greenswaen)
- 200g Flaked Oats (De Halm Bio)
- 196g Carabelge (Weyermann)
- 150g Brown (Thomas Fawcett)
- 50g Chocolate (Dingemans)
- 50g Roasted Barley (Brouwland)
- 50g Black (Brouwland)
- 100g Lactose (late addition)
Hops
- 6g Magnum for bittering
Yeast
- 1 package of Safale S-04
Salts
- 2g CaSO4
- 2g NaHCO3

- 20191013: brew day; 9.25l OG: 1.038
- 20191015: moved from basement to living
- 20191102: bottled 7.5l FG: 1.018
